How do I book a transfer?
Fill in the request form on the site and send it via WhatsApp or Telegram. We reply with the price and the available car.
Which language can I write in?
Russian or English — we reply on WhatsApp and Telegram in your language. The driver speaks Thai only, so we agree all trip details in the chat in advance, and you can message us at any time during the trip.
Does the request confirm my booking?
No. The booking is confirmed after we reply with the price and the car.
Is the price per person?
No, per car. Choose the class by the number of passengers and suitcases.
Who meets us at the airport?
Our staff member waits for you with a sign with your name and takes you to the car. Suvarnabhumi: arrivals hall, 2nd floor, Gate 3. Don Mueang: Gate 3 for international flights, Gate 11 for domestic flights. If your flight is late, we wait for free. If we cannot reach you for 2 hours, the booking may be cancelled, but once you message us we can prepare a car again in about 15 minutes.
How do I pay?
In cash, in Thai baht, to the driver when you arrive.
Can we travel with a pet?
Yes, if the pet travels in a carrier or crate for the whole trip.
How much is a transfer from Bangkok to Hua Hin?
